We want you to love your Loeffler Randall purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all tags and dust bags included.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the return packing slip to include inside your shipment.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
